1. Data Ownership

Notifly is a self-hosted platform. This means that 100% of your subscriber data resides on YOUR server. We do not have access to your database, your subscriber lists, or your notification content.

2. Information Collection

When a user subscribes to notifications via the Notifly SDK, the browser generates a unique "Push Token". This token is stored on your server to allow you to send notifications. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected unless explicitly provided by the user (e.g., email address for unified engagement).

3. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for administrative sessions (login). These cookies are essential for the security of your dashboard and cannot be disabled.

4. Security

Since you host the application, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your VPS. We recommend using SSL (HTTPS) to encrypt data in transit between your server and your subscribers.
