Delivery Not Guaranteed
Push notification delivery depends on browser vendors (Google, Apple, Mozilla), device connectivity, and operating system settings. Notifly cannot guarantee 100% delivery rates as these factors are outside our control.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of notifications you send. Notifly is a delivery mechanism only. Do not use Notifly to send spam, misleading content, or notifications that violate applicable laws including India's IT Act 2000.
Liability Limitation
In no event shall Notifly or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
